AMT Engineering is looking for a Client Development Manager with 6-10 years of business development experience in the AEC industry. This role involves driving client development initiatives for Site & Infrastructure and Survey/SUE markets while fostering relationships with public agencies and private developers.

The position offers a hybrid work environment, a clear pathway for growth, and participation in AMT’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).

Qualificações

• 6-10 years of business development experience within the AEC industry.
• Proven track record of supporting pipeline growth and long-term client relationships.
• Familiarity with the DMV AEC market, including public-sector agencies.

Responsabilidades

• Own and drive client development efforts for Site & Infrastructure and Survey/SUE markets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with public agencies and private developers.
• Support pursuit strategy and lead positioning activities for priority clients.
