Job summary

Sentient Motion, an AI growth company, seeks a Customer Lead to own client relationships and drive measurable outcomes. You will lead live discovery sessions, tailor connectors and skill files, and work desk-side to ensure rapid value capture.

You will own a number and a client book, not manage a team, with compensation comprising base salary plus performance-based pay and equity. It’s aligned to local market conditions in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management, product marketing, customer-facing analytics, consulting, or digital services.
• Ability to spot AI-owned tasks within a client’s business.
• Proven skill at selling by demonstration using live data.
• Hands-on enough to configure the system themselves.
• Motivated by owning a client book rather than managing a team.

Responsibilities

• Sell. Run live discovery sessions on the prospect’s own data.
• Set up. Configure the connectors and skill files; go live in 1–2 weeks.
• Onboard. Desk-side coaching with the client’s team to embed new workflows.
• Imagine the work. Identify tasks inside a client’s business that AI could own.
• Drive adoption. Track usage per seat to inform continuation decisions.
• Keep and grow. Quarterly desk-side sessions; expand seats and referrals.
• Compound. Feed transcripts and wins into the shared context weekly.
