Job summary

DLC, a unit of Addison Group, seeks a Client Services Director to drive business development, sales and networking in the Philadelphia practice. You will identify project opportunities and deploy our bench consultants to high-value clients, focusing on high utilization and profitability.

Ideal candidates have a finance or accounting background with strong business development experience in professional services, capable of building long-term client relationships and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Successful business development / sales track record within professional services / consulting sectors.
• Experience driving revenue, deal pursuit, account management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to leverage networks of current clients and target accounts to build relationships.
• Experience selling to C-Suite.

Responsibilities

• Execute and lead between 12-15 prospect meetings per week with financial decision-maker executives in assigned target companies.
• Attend in-person client meetings to introduce DLC services and develop a portfolio of accounts.
• Source deal opportunities from active marketing, networking and prospect meetings.
• Qualify opportunities and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Attend, participate and shadow consultant interviews.
• Help close projects by supporting engagement scoping and client communications.
• Develop, foster and expand client relationships to grow existing accounts.
