Job summary

DLC is seeking an Accounting & Finance Consultant in Los Angeles to join our team on a full-time salaried basis. You will work on diverse engagements across financial reporting, planning, systems, and process improvements for a mix of Fortune 1000, middle-market, and PE-backed clients.

The role offers project-based variety with the stability of full-time employment, exposure to senior executives, and ongoing professional development within a supportive, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
MBA and/or CPA preferred or in process.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.
Experience in accounting, FP&A, reporting or audits.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage full-cycle accounting and close processes.
Support FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and strategic analysis.
Oversee financial systems implementations and process improvements.
Document processes and redesign workflows for efficiency.
Provide interim financial leadership during transitions.
Coordinate projects with clients and cross-functional teams.
