Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Product Development Coordinator to oversee graphics projects from concept to production, coordinating cross-functional teams and timelines to ensure on-time launches and adherence to customer requirements. You will manage art files, approve color and copy standards, and liaise with customers and suppliers to optimize tooling, inks, and substrates while controlling costs.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, preferably in printing/packaging.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word; basic Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities to manage customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects with internal and external customers to launch new products on time and cost efficiently.
• Process new designs and substrates to maximize production while minimizing costs.
• Communicate with customers about design changes and production specifications.
• Facilitate regular production meetings and ensure stakeholders are aligned.
• Oversee on-press approvals and color matching with customers.
• Estimate tooling investment and obtain approvals for new projects.
• Maintain documentation and ensure quality and OHSE compliance.
