Job summary

Truist seeks a Regular team member to provide timely client transactions, deliver superior service, and understand client financial needs. You will cross-train to support sales, outbound calls, and Integrated Relationship Management activities, while staying compliant with policies and risk controls.

Role emphasizes assisting with outbound calling, educating clients on digital solutions, and supporting branch teammates in a fast-moving retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required to include temporary assignment or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience, engaging clients with courteous conversation and handling complex and standardized transactions.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support team sales by outbound calls, checking offers, and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines.
• Advance product knowledge through meetings and training.
• Adhere to internal controls, policies and risk management; stay updated on changes.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution; handle work per branch demands.
