Responsibilities

• Become proficient in all bank products, programs, and services to provide customers the best service possible.
• Understand clients' financial needs and make appropriate product recommendations and referrals.
• Meet or exceed individual goals while supporting banking center goals.
• Perform routine customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, loan payments, transfers, check cashing, cashier’s checks, and debit card issuance.
• Open and close accounts including checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, and safe deposit boxes; balance daily transactions and verify cash totals.
• Exceed client expectations in terms of accuracy, efficiency, courtesy, and professionalism.
