Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of teller experience or equivalent cash-handling experience.
• Experience using customer-facing transaction systems and handling diverse banking tasks.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales goals while delivering high-quality client service.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and deliver outstanding, personalized service.
• Assist in lobby and teller lines, referring clients to appropriate bankers.
• Execute transactions accurately and efficiently, maximizing sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed referral and sales goals as part of a two-member team.
• Support opening accounts, wire transfers, and other servicing functions as needed.
