Job summary

Business First Bank is seeking a Universal Banker to deliver outstanding customer service, process transactions, and assess customer needs for new accounts, deposits, and services in a fast-paced environment.

As the first point of contact, you will build relationships with customers and collaborate with team members to meet individual and banking center sales goals, while complying with bank policies and protecting client information at all times.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of personal banking or teller experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the customer's first point of contact with the Bank, serving total financial service needs.
• Handles transactions, new account sales, customer service, and referrals.
• Supports sales objectives by cross-selling Bank products.
• Assists with day-to-day transactions, including approving transactions, preparing reports, resolving issues, and responding to inquiries.
• Complies with bank policies and keeps client information confidential.
• Maintains knowledge of internal security policies and procedures.
