Job summary

BayFirst National Bank is hiring a Universal Banker to put clients' needs at the center of every interaction. You will learn bank products and refer solutions to meet client goals, while also handling daily cash transactions and account maintenance.

In this role, you will be expected to meet individual and center goals, provide accurate, courteous service, and manage multiple tasks in a retail banking environment, including coverage across nearby branches as needed.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in bank products, programs and services to provide customers the best service possible.
• Understand client's financial needs and make appropriate product recommendations and referrals.
• Meets or exceeds individual goals while supporting goals of the banking center.
• Performs routine customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, loan payments, transfers, check cashing, cashier’s checks, and issues debit cards.
• Opens and closes accounts, including checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, and safe deposit boxes and balances daily transactions and verifies cash totals.
• Exceed client expectations in terms of accuracy, efficiency, courtesy, and professionalism.
