Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with possible travel/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience, engaging clients and processing transactions with accuracy.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support sales by outbound outreach, checking offers and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and deliver Truist expertise to clients.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and trainings.
• Advance product knowledge through meetings, training classes and e-learning.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, handling workload per branch demands.
