Truist is seeking a Client Services Associate to ensure timely, accurate client transactions and thorough record-keeping while delivering superior service. You will guide clients to digital banking options and assist with outbound outreach to identify needs, referring to branch specialists as appropriate.

The role emphasizes IRM collaboration, ongoing product knowledge, and adherence to controls. Flexible scheduling may be required to support branch demands and weekend hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller, cash handling, or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use PC keyboard and standard software.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and to work weekends/extended hours.

Responsabilités

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and accurate transactions.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and referrals to branch teams.
• Understand and apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) for client solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
• Maintain internal controls and comply with policies and procedures.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
