Truist Financial Corporation seeks a Universal Banker to deliver exceptional client service and manage banking transactions. This role supports sales through client outreach, utilizes IRM, and participates in leadership routines. Strong communication, PC skills, and flexibility for hours are essential.

Base salary is in the advertised range with additional incentive pay. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office).
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with potential travel.

Responsabilités

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and complex or standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and referral to branch teams.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance product knowledge via meetings, training, and learning.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
