Columbia Bank is seeking a Teller to be the first point of contact for clients at our Santa Rosa, CA branch. You will perform routine transactions with accuracy and confidentiality, support daily branch tasks, and help deepen client relationships through attentive conversations that identify needs and offer suitable products.

The position requires a High School diploma or GED and about one year of banking or customer service experience; bilingual abilities are a plus.

• 1 year of banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions and cash handling with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Balance cash drawer and process daily bank tasks.
