Job summary
Columbia Bank in Santa Rosa, CA seeks a Teller to greet clients, process deposits, withdrawals and payments with accuracy and confidentiality. You will support branch operations and promote bank products through meaningful conversations that meet Breakthrough Client Service Standards.
The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, about 1 year of banking or customer service experience, and strong attention to detail.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- 1 year of banking or customer service experience preferred.
- Bilingual preferred.
- Ability to learn and comply with Bank policies, procedures and systems.
- Excellent attention to detail in handling numbers and written instructions.

Responsibilities
- Greet clients and perform teller transactions with accuracy and confidentiality (deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, check cashing).
- Balance cash drawer and assist in daily branch operations while mitigating risk.
- Proactively identify client needs and refer to appropriate bank products/services.
