Columbia Bank is hiring a Teller to be the first point of contact for clients at our San Luis Obispo branch. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other cash transactions with accuracy and confidentiality while following bank procedures.

Build relationships by understanding customer needs and offering suitable products and services. This onsite role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year in banking or customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, check cashing) with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Balance cash drawer and reconcile ATM/Cash handling processes.
• Provide proactive solutions and referrals to meet client financial needs.
