Columbia Bank is hiring a Teller to be the first point of contact for clients at the McKinleyville branch. You will perform teller transactions with accuracy, protect cash, and develop client relationships through proactive conversations about needs and opportunities.

Under guidance from the Branch Manager, you will promote bank products, ensure compliance with procedures, and participate in a supportive team environment that emphasizes service excellence and career growth.

Formación

• 1 year of banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to learn and comply with bank policies, procedures, and systems.

Responsabilidades

• Perform teller transactions and cash handling with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Balance cash drawer and process deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Identify client needs and refer appropriate bank products; build client relationships.
