Job summary

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Ability to learn and comply with all Bank policies, procedures, and systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions and cash handling with accuracy and confidentiality (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, check cashing, balancing cash drawer).
• Maintain branch integrity and daily tasks (ATM balance, night drops, instrument balancing, lobby materials).
• Mitigate risk by safekeeping money and prompt fund transfers.
• Engage with clients to anticipate needs and provide proactive solutions.
• Continuously deepen knowledge of Columbia Bank's products and services and stay updated on changes.
• Identify customer needs and refer appropriate products to the right business partner.
