Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a client service role is required.
• Experience in cash handling is required.
• General PC knowledge with Windows-based applications and calculator is required.

Responsibilities

• Embodies a strong client experience culture, being present with every client and teammate.
• Assumes responsibility for the efficient, effective, and accurate performance of teller functions in an in-person branch setting.
• Proactively identify and resolve client servicing issues, escalating as needed.
• Listen for clues for financial wellness opportunities during client conversations and transition to a Banker.
• Assist clients in achieving financial goals through financial wellness tools.
• Follows compliance, audit and security procedures and balances cash Drawer.
• Review product guides, fees, and policies to stay current on offerings.
