• Deliver exceptional client interactions with accuracy, speed, problem resolution, risk mitigation, and personalized engagement.
• Handle client transactional needs (deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments).
• Respond to servicing requests using product knowledge to resolve issues quickly.
• Build and grow client relationships through in-person and outbound calls.
• Educate clients on digital banking solutions to promote self-service.
