Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of cash handling, retail, or teller experience required.
• Previous sales and referral experience strongly preferred.
• Must comply with all banking laws including the Bank Secrecy Act.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate, fast client interactions with attention to risk and personalized engagement.
• Handle deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, money orders, and loan payments.
• Respond to servicing requests and resolve issues using product knowledge.
• Build and grow client relationships through in-person and outbound calls.
• Educate clients on digital banking options (mobile, online, ATM).
• Refer clients to internal partners as needs arise.
• Support branch operations including cash handling, vault, and balancing.
• Assist in fraud detection and risk management policies and procedures.
• Uphold all compliance, security, and professionalism standards.
• Greet and guide clients in the lobby and manage client flow.
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
