Job summary

Columbia Bank is seeking a Teller to be the first point of contact for clients, performing transactions accurately and confidentially in a high-service environment. You will balance cash, handle daily branch tasks, and maintain regulatory compliance while building client relationships.

Under guidance from Branch leadership, you will identify client needs and refer suitable products, contributing to branch goals and customer satisfaction. This is a fully onsite role in Medford, OR.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of banking or customer service experience is preferred.
• Bilingual ability is preferred.
• Ability to learn and comply with Bank policies, procedures, and systems.
• Demonstrates attention to detail in written numbers and instructions.
• Able to build relationships with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions accurately and confidentially.
• Balance cash drawer and process daily tasks to maintain branch integrity.
• Mitigate risk by safekeeping money and prompt transfer of funds.
• Interact with clients to identify financial needs and offer appropriate products/services.
• Refer basic banking products to the appropriate business partner.
