Bowman Williams partners with a well-established MSP delivering high-touch IT and cybersecurity services for 20+ years. We seek a Systems Engineer for a dedicated high-profile client in Manhattan with 2 days onsite and 3 days remote.

Salary range $90,000–$115,000 with full benefits. The role focuses on Microsoft cloud, networking, endpoint management, and infrastructure ownership, with opportunities for growth and direct client exposure.

Qualifications

• MSP or client-facing IT support experience required.
• Hands-on Microsoft 365 and Azure experience.
• Strong networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Able to support both Windows and macOS environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as dedicated technical resource for one client.
• Resolve Tier 2/3 escalations across MS 365, Azure, networking, endpoints.
• Administer M365/Azure/Entra ID and CA policies.
• Configure and troubleshoot security and access controls.
• Deploy and manage devices and apps, document work.
