Qualifications

• ITIL Foundation certification required.
• Experience in IT Service Delivery, MSP, or managed services.
• Strong understanding of ITSM principles.
• Experience managing customer relationships and service escalations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and reporting skills.
• Strong problem-solving with focus on continuous improvement.
• Commercial awareness and balance of customer and business needs.
• People-centric approach and service mindset.
• Excellent English communication.
