Job summary

Coretelligent is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to own the post-sale relationship for a portfolio of managed services clients. You will coordinate with Service Desk, Engineering, Projects, and leadership to ensure seamless service delivery and measurable value.

The role requires 3–7+ years in MSP or related fields, with strong communication skills for technical and executive stakeholders, and a focus on client retention and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in managed services delivery and client success management.
• Ability to interpret SOWs and contracts while aligning with service delivery.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with technical and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the post-sale relationship for an assigned portfolio of managed services clients.
• Coordinate across Service Desk, Engineering, Projects, and other teams to ensure successful service delivery.
• Develop and maintain Client Health Plans and account roadmaps to improve outcomes and retention.
• Monitor account health via tickets, metrics, escalations, and client feedback to identify risks and opportunities.
• Lead recurring service reviews and executive business reviews aligned to client objectives.
• Manage service escalations from initiation to resolution with clear expectations.
