Responsibilities

• Act as a technical escalation point and trusted advisor for a strategic client.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and service delivery.
• Review system health reports and KPIs to provide strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate root cause analyses and follow-ups for major issues.
• Provide monthly KPI reporting and data-driven improvement recommendations.
