Qualifications

• 3+ years owning MSP/vendor relationships from the client side.
• Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM operational governance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary operational leader for MSP relationship.
• Own SLA/KPI performance management.
• Lead Major Incident Management coordination.
