Nissan of Elk Grove is seeking a Service Advisor to be the primary liaison between customers and the service department, delivering outstanding ownership experiences. You will build long-term relationships, understand vehicle needs, and help ensure accurate repairs and service recommendations guiding customers throughout the process.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record as required.
• Professional appearance and attitude.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers professionally and promptly.
• Listen to concerns and accurately document repair needs.
• Prepare repair orders and service estimates.
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle inspections and manufacturer recommendations.
• Communicate repair progress and updates throughout the service.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs.
• Review completed repairs and invoices with customers.
• Maintain accurate documentation and service records.
