Qualifications

• Excellent customer-service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple guests and repair orders at once.
• Comfortable using computers, tablets, text messaging, email, and other digital tools.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide a professional, welcoming service experience.
• Listen to guests concerns and document vehicle symptoms.
• Review vehicle history and maintenance schedules.
• Present maintenance and repair recommendations clearly and professionally.
• Prepare accurate estimates for parts, labor, and services.
• Review digital vehicle inspections with guests.
• Maintain communication with guests throughout the repair process.
• Provide updates on status, costs, and completion times.
• Work with technicians and parts personnel to keep repairs moving smoothly.
• Obtain guest authorization for approved repairs and document declined services.
• Explain completed work and final charges to guests.
• Follow up with guests to build long-term relationships.
