Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, client relations, real estate, homebuilding or executive support is a plus.
• Highly organized and proactive with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable taking initiative and following through without constant direction.

Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up with new leads.
• Schedule sales meetings and consultations.
• Maintain our CRM and sales pipeline.
• Prepare meeting materials and presentations.
• Track follow-ups and next steps.
• Assist with proposals, agreements and client communication.
• Help coordinate realtor and referral relationships.
• Provide day-to-day support to our Owner throughout the sales process.
