Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has a minimum four to five years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels.
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and services and tailor solutions to needs.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Promote and educate on digital self-service tools and online banking features.
• Collaborate with branch team to serve clients and ensure accurate transactions and compliance.
