Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to engage clients across in-person, appointment, and digital channels. You will assess banking needs, open accounts, process requests, and educate clients on products and services to meet their goals.

Successful candidateswill have strong communication skills, a high school diploma, and 4–5 years of retail banking experience, with a digital-first mindset and cross-selling ability.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Thorough knowledge of bank policies and available products and services.
• Experience with digital banking tools and self-service technologies.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers across in-person, appointment, and digital channels to provide financial guidance.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and cross-sell solutions when appropriate.
• Collaborate with branch team to deliver an accurate, compliant, and seamless client experience.
• Adhere to NMLS registration requirements and complete necessary background checks.
