Simmons Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker in Sedalia, MO to build, expand, and retain client relationships while delivering exceptional service. You will assess financial needs and offer bank products, conduct needs-based conversations, and drive ongoing client engagement through calls and events.

You will support customers with account services, teller transactions, and problem resolution, while progressing toward branch goals. Travel may be required for meetings and training.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of customer-facing and goal-oriented experience.
• NMLS registration is required and an NMLS license must be obtained after employment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings, training, and bank conversions.

Responsabilités

• Share and recommend Simmons resources to customers, including in-branch and digital capabilities.
• Meet individual and branch goals through in-person and outbound calling activities.
• Assist with opening and closing accounts and research customer accounts for accuracy.
• Refer customers to partners for small business, mortgage, and financial advisor services.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering an optimal experience.
