Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven success.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and build trust.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school diploma or GED (or foreign equivalent).
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements; licensing program supports the process.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients; meet with them in person and by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs, educate clients, and build trust.
• Educate clients to use technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
