Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Strong problem-solving to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses; licensing through JPMorganChase within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person and over the phone to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust – ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, and connect them to our team of experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
