Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker in Meridian, ID. You will represent the brand at a Chase Branch, acquiring, managing, and retaining client relationships while applying financial knowledge to tailor banking solutions.

You will use Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to assist clients whenever, wherever, and however they prefer. The role requires licensing progress (SIE, Series 6, state approvals) and adherence to regulatory requirements, with weekend/evening hours as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or financial services.
• Strong client-service mindset and ability to build relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to meet risk, compliance, and licensing requirements.
• High school diploma or GED; U.S. work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships, in person or by phone.
• Educate clients on digital banking tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• Collaborate with team of experts to address client financial needs.
