Job summary

The role blends teller duties with sales responsibilities, requiring strong communication, product knowledge, and compliance with bank policies. Weekend availability and travel for staffing needs may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (MS Office).
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment with applicable background checks.
• Ability to multi-task and travel for temporary staffing as needed.
• Ability to work weekends and extended hours with possible overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Execute routine client maintenance requests and handle problem resolution.
• Meet or exceed client service and branch sales targets through relationship development.
• Engage in consultative conversations and refer complex needs to specialists.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and training.
• Increase knowledge of sales techniques and product lines through ongoing learning.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Provide a consistent, friendly client experience during transactions.
