Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand in a welcoming, service-driven branch environment. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, using financial knowledge to tailor solutions and help clients meet their financial goals.

Responsibilities include proactive client meetings, leveraging Chase Mobile App and online banking, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. Weekend/evening hours required; a strong sales mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients and delivering results.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone, with the ability to tailor features and benefits.
• Ability to resolve client issues quickly with attention to detail and consistent experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training and compliance obligations.
• NMLS/SIE/FINRA licensing requirements or willingness to obtain licenses within defined period.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and build trust.
• Educate clients about technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to advise on banking solutions and connect clients to specialists.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
