The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in customer service or office environments, with a high school diploma preferred. Responsibilities include project communication, oversight, and collaboration with project managers.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service and/or office-related experience.
• Ability to multitask and remain detail-oriented.
• Knowledgeable in relevant computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for clear and efficient project communication with the customer.
• Daily project oversight including monitoring status and audit.
• Create preliminary estimates using estimating software.
• Work closely with Project Managers for documentation.
