CDW is seeking a Professional Services Manager (PSM) in the United States to support the successful execution of professional services engagements across accounts. You will partner with sales, delivery teams, and clients to align services with business objectives and ensure on-time, in-scope, high-quality delivery.

Role requires strong communication, collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of consultative services experience or 9 years in related roles.
• Experience supporting technology services engagements and complex projects.
• Ability to discuss delivery issues, risks, and escalations with guidance.

Responsabilités

• Support development of client relationships and internal CDW partners.
• Understand client objectives to align services solutions.
• Participate in account planning activities and client-facing discussions.
• Support preparation and execution of client business reviews.
• Support the delivery lifecycle of engagements, including design, implementation, and support.
• Assist with defining project scope, timelines, and resourcing plans.
• Coordinate across services practices to support engagement execution.
• Track engagement KPIs related to delivery performance, client satisfaction, and financial outcomes.
