A locally rooted insurance agency in Madison, Alabama is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join its growing team. You will own an established book of business, deliver proactive service, and be a trusted advisor to clients throughout their insurance journey.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Personal Lines insurance experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Ability to identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience with AMS360 or similar agency management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of Personal Lines accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for client needs.
• Build strong, long-term relationships through proactive service and responsive communication.
• Handle policy changes, endorsements, renewals, billing inquiries, and day-to-day account servicing.
• Review coverage options and help clients make informed insurance decisions.
• Coordinate with carrier partners to resolve issues and ensure a smooth client experience.
• Monitor upcoming renewals, gather updated information, and assist with coverage and pricing reviews.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and policy records.
• Collaborate with agency leadership and team members to deliver outstanding service.
