Platt Insurance is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing independent agency. You’ll manage an assigned book of personal insurance clients, provide coverage guidance, and deliver an exceptional client experience.

This role blends service and sales, handling changes, renewals, and new business from referrals and marketing, with a strong emphasis on leveraging technology to streamline processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a personal lines insurance agency.
• Active Ohio Property & Casualty license.
• Proficient with multiple software platforms.

Responsabilités

• Manage and build relationships with an assigned book of personal insurance clients.
• Handle policy changes, renewals, billing questions, coverage reviews, remarketing, and day-to-day service.
• Write new personal lines business from referrals, marketing, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Identify coverage gaps and make thoughtful insurance recommendations.
• Communicate with carrier underwriters and service teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation within our agency management system.
• Use technology to create an efficient, seamless client experience.
• Collaborate with producers, account managers, and our sales support team.
