The Jonus Group is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager for an in-office role in Madison, AL. You will manage a focused book of Personal Lines accounts, serving as the primary contact for client needs and maintaining strong relationships through proactive service.

You will handle policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and billing inquiries, review coverage options, and collaborate with carrier partners to ensure a smooth client experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Personal Lines insurance experience.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Manage an assigned book of Personal Lines accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for client needs
• Build strong, long-term relationships through proactive service and responsive communication
• Handle policy changes, endorsements, renewals, billing inquiries, and day-to-day account servicing
• Review coverage options and help clients make informed insurance decisions
• Coordinate with carrier partners to resolve issues and ensure a smooth client experience
• Monitor upcoming renewals, gather updated information, and assist with coverage and pricing reviews
• Maintain accurate account documentation and policy records
• Collaborate with agency leadership and team members to deliver outstanding service

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of Personal Lines insurance experience
