Job summary

PNC in DeLand, FL is seeking a Personal Banker to join our Retail Branch Banking team. Based in the Victoria Park Branch, you will focus on acquiring and deepening customer relationships while delivering a differentiated customer experience.

You will collaborate with ecosystem partners, educate clients on digital tools, and drive revenue through proactive conversations and service to sales. This is an in-office role with strong emphasis on compliance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Associates or equivalent degree typically preferred; related experience may be considered.
• Experience in banking and customer service is desirable.
• Ability to identify opportunities and leverage technology to serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
