Job summary

Thredd is seeking an Implementation Manager to deliver customer-focused solutions from requirements through to go-live and handover. You will own multiple client projects, work with issuers, schemes, and banks, and configure our platform to meet requirements while guiding delivery timelines.

You will liaise with product and technical teams, document configurations, perform testing, and support a smooth transition to operations.

Qualifications

Experience with API integrations in payments/fintech environments.
Proven ability to manage credit solutions implementations.
Experience working with banks and credit unions.
Knowledge of project/programme management methodologies.
Focused on delivering positive customer outcomes.
Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

Manage and deliver a portfolio of client projects and programmes.
Capture requirements, document gaps and solutions, and produce product setup forms.
Phase delivery plans to manage client expectations and revenue realization.
Handover to Operations and Account Management after go-live.
Schedule regular progress calls with clients and third parties.
Provide guidance on delivery risks and mitigation strategies.
Ensure high-quality documentation across projects.
Liaise with product and technical teams and raise JIRA tickets as needed.
Escalate issues for short- and long-term fixes and drive improvements.
