Job summary

Thredd is seeking an hands-on Implementation Manager to deliver client implementations from requirements through go-live and handover. You will own delivery of a portfolio of projects, collaborating with issuers, schemes and suppliers, configuring the platform, testing cards and products, and ensuring successful go-lives.

Qualifications

• Experience with API protocols REST and SOAP.
• Experience implementing credit solutions for financial clients.
• Experience working with banks and credit unions.
• Knowledge of project/programme management methodologies.
• Strong focus on delivering customer outcomes and a great customer experience.
• Ability to interact professionally at all seniority levels with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver a portfolio of client projects and programmes.
• Capture requirements with clients and document gaps and solutions.
• Provide phased delivery plans to meet client revenue goals.
• Oversee smooth handover to Operations and Account Management.
• Schedule regular progress calls with clients and third parties.
• Raise and manage risks and issues, escalating when needed.
• Ensure high-quality documentation and configuration forms.
• Act as first-line technical support during implementations.
• Liaise with product and technical teams and raise JIRA tickets as needed.
• Contribute to internal continual improvement initiatives.
