Premium Parking is seeking a Parking Operations Account Manager to oversee day-to-day management of parking garages and surface lots, ensuring client satisfaction, financial targets, and compliance across multiple locations. You will maintain client relationships to generate references and new leads while supervising staff and driving performance.

Responsibilities include financial reporting, market strategy development, vendor liaison, and coordinating operations, maintenance, and security.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and ability to manage client relationships.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with multitasking ability.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel for reporting and spreadsheets.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team and manage staff.
• Experience in parking operations or facilities management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive client relationships and address client requests and concerns.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, evaluation, and salary administration.
