Premium Parking is seeking a Parking Operations Account Manager to oversee multiple locations, manage client relationships, and lead staff. The role emphasizes financial oversight, operational excellence, and compliance with company policies.

You will coordinate maintenance, security, and tenant relations while driving new business opportunities through market development. The ideal candidate brings strong customer service, organizational skills, and a proven ability to lead teams.

Qualifications

• Parking management experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Valid driver's license with 3+ years driving experience
• No major violations in the past 7 years
• No more than two minor violations in the past year

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain positive client relationships, addressing requests and concerns
• Complete weekly financial reports and monthly projections, communicating with leadership
• Maintain parking software and billing systems
• Familiarity with access and revenue control system hardware and software
• Direct projects related to garage and lot operations, including maintenance and security
• Develop location-level financial and operational goals
• Develop and execute marketing and operating strategies and participate in market research
• Manage all parking personnel, including recruiting, training, evaluation, and salary administration
• Ensure compliance with Premium Parking policies and tenant relations
• Oversee rent roll maintenance, contract files, and lease provisions
• Lead special event planning and execution
• Promote Premium Parking and participate in market research and development
