Premium Parking is seeking a Parking Operations Account Manager in Tulsa, OK. The role oversees day-to-day parking garage and lot operations and ensures client satisfaction while developing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities include managing staff, financial reporting, and coordinating maintenance, security, and operations. A strong emphasis on customer service and regulatory compliance is required to maintain a first-class operation.

Formación

• Strong customer service skills and ability to manage client relationships.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team and oversee operations.
• Experience with financial reporting and project coordination.
• Knowledge of parking operations or property management is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Cultivate and maintain client relationships and attend meetings with property owners.
• Complete weekly financial reports and monthly projections for leadership.
• Maintain parking software and billing systems.
• Oversee operation of parking garages and surface lots, including maintenance and security.
• Lead special events and market development activities.
• Manage parking staff, including recruiting and training.
