Job summary

Perdue Office Interiors, a Suddath Company, seeks an Account Coordinator to manage the full sales order fulfillment process from entry through punch list. You will support the sales team and provide timely, professional service to customers across North Florida.

Responsibilities include coordinating with manufacturers and vendors, preparing quotes, validating information, and issuing invoices. Strong MS Office and collaborative communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Furniture Industry experience and project implementation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check, process, track, bill and close all project orders accurately.
• Act as intermediary between sales and other departments and vendors to create quotes and orders.
• Prepare quotes by capturing specifications, product research, and project requirements from sales, design, management, customers, and vendors.
• Validate and qualify information and discounts provided by internal departments and external vendors.
• Assist in preparation and issue of client proposals.
• Issue deposit invoices and confirm collection before order entry.
• Prepare/process orders by manufacturer by converting quotes into orders and verifying details.
• Issue purchase orders to manufacturers and confirm receipt and acknowledgements.
• Resolve discrepancies in order acknowledgements and communicate delays to internal teams.
• Track and trace product on order for timely delivery scheduling.
• Coordinate paperwork for delivery, installation, and service requests.
• Maintain punch lists and resolve open items.
• File and manage claims until resolution.
• Invoicing of completed orders upon delivery and installation.
